LP120 Peristaltic Pump
LP120 is a basic type variable speed peristaltic pump. The upper housing is made of engineering plastic with UV resistance, compatible with disinfection using organic solvents and ethylene oxide. The lower housing features aluminum alloy construction for enhanced durability and anti-interference performance. Stepper motor drive ensures stable operation and low noise, complemented by a cooling fan that prevents external overheating during prolonged high-load operation. In case of unexpected power failure, the pump automatically memorizes pre-outage parameters, eliminating the need for repeated settings. It supports multiple control modes including 0-5V, 0-10V, 4-20mA analog speed control and RS485 communication. Two buttons separately control start/stop and rotation direction, offering user-friendly operation. The built-in verification and tubing selection functions allow calibration with different pump heads and tubing, ensuring precise flow rate.
