The process begins with receiving an enquiry and understanding the customer’s application needs. The customer provides relevant information to complete the application sheet.
Based on the application requirements, PreFluid sends datasheets of potential peristaltic pump models to the customer for review and selection.
A test sample of the selected pump model is sent to the customer. The customer then performs validation and provides feedback for further adjustments.
After receiving feedback, the specific technical requirements and specifications are refined and agreed upon, including documentation such as QA certificates, audits, drawings, CAD files, fit, form and function analysis, and packaging details.
A feedback-based pre-production batch is created for customer evaluation, ensuring that all aspects meet expectations before full-scale production.
The customer integrates the PreFluid pump into their product, conducts in-house testing and adjustments, while PreFluid assists in scaling production for successful integration into the customer's production line.
