Product description
WF600G high-precision dispensing pump, recommended for large-capacity filling. It adopts maintenance-free DC motor servo drive and closed-loop control. Metal case with special coating on the surface for easy cleaning and anti-corrosion. It has the functions of filling volume setting, time setting, suction angle setting, filling volume calibration, emptying, recording output, power-off memory, stop filling without bottle and batch sub-packaging. The menu can be selected in Chinese and English. You can choose a suitable addition and subtraction curve to prevent splashing and foaming, and you can choose a suitable suction angle to prevent dripping.
Performance characteristics
The control panel is installed on the front side and adopts a large LCD display. It has the functions of filling volume setting, time setting, suction setting, automatic adjustment of filling volume verification, automatic emptying, memory of dispensing output and storage of dispensing mode. Select the Chinese and English menus.
It can be set to start slowly to prevent splashing or foaming, and it can also realize instant stop and back suction to prevent dripping, and the back suction angle is 0~360°.
Relay contact, TTL and other methods to control filling start and stop filling function without bottle.
Adopt sealing kit, suitable for harsh working environment.
With power-down memory function, it can automatically save theoperating parameters of the last power-down.
It can be controlled remotely through RS485 interface and communication mode.
