Peristaltic pump is generally divided into speed regulation type, flow type and distribution type, wherein flow type driver can display the current pump flow and speed and other parameters. Peristaltic pump manufacturers introduce, pump delivery fluid is pulsating. Because of this pulsation, traditional flowmeters cannot be accurately measured. Only positive displacement flowmeters can be used, which can only accommodate partial fluid transport. Fluid with particles cannot be measured.
And this flowmeter has certain requirements on the pressure of the liquid, and the price is relatively expensive, which also makes the peristaltic pump on the market belong to the open ring products, the flow value is calculated. Rather than the actual value, which is generally 1% error, Reffer can achieve 0.5% accuracy. This calculation is based on the slope of the transmission curve caused by hoses of different sizes and materials, which is usually linear.
When replacing the peristaltic pump hose, there is a certain error between the actual value and the displayed value. You need to change the traffic on the drive to the actual traffic so that the display corresponds to the transmission. But due to the transmission curve and various factors, there will be linear error. Therefore, once the motor speed of the driver changes after the calibration of the flow curve, there will be a certain error between the displayed flow value of the driver and the actual flow value, and the change range will expand with the change of the speed value, and the error may increase correspondingly.
When the flow curve is calibrated, the value displayed by the driver is accurate in the case of a small motor speed range. When the motor speed range is too large, the flow curve needs to be re-calibrated. For a flexible hose, the curve is very close to a straight line. In this case, the value displayed by the driver can often correspond to the actual traffic transmitted.
For the peristaltic pump hose with poor elasticity or thicker, the linear error of its curve is often large. Therefore, when the motor speed range of the regulating driver is large, the flow curve needs to be re-calibrated to obtain relatively more accurate display data. There are three distribution methods: time distribution, liquid distribution and copy distribution.
The first two are easier to understand: Time allocation is based on how long the allocation is set. Fluid volume distribution is set according to fluid volume. In the copy distribution setting, the pump can automatically record all the parameters of a filling, determining the amount of liquid to fill, the time, and the speed. In this case, you can perform multiple fillings based on this parameter. The volume of each filling is the same as the set liquid volume. It is suggested that in artificial filling environment, flow type peristaltic pump can meet the demand. Distributed peristaltic pump price is higher, mainly used in the production line of automatic filling equipment.
