2, the choice of peristaltic pump in the premise of meeting customer flow requirements, as far as possible to reduce the pump speed to 300 RPM. The flow of peristaltic pump is generated by the rotation of the pump head roller. The faster the rotation, the shorter the service life of the pump tube will be.
3, pump head with special pipe, the rest of the connection pipe ordinary pipe. Extrusion tube needs good compressive resilience, tear resistance, so these materials purity, wall thickness and shape accuracy is higher, higher price. Therefore, the peristaltic pump adopts special pipe to ensure the service life, and connects the ordinary pipe, so that the whole system is more economical and applicable.
4, the pump pipe inlet as short as possible, pipe interface should not be lower than the caliber of the pump head installed stuck pipe. The suction of peristaltic pump is generated by the rebound of the pump pipe. If the inlet pipe is long or the diameter is small, the suction end resistance will be large, the rebound will be blocked, and the actual flow of transportation will be greatly affected.
5. The theoretical flow should be 30% greater than the actual flow when selecting. The peristaltic pump tube is soft, so the negative pressure and discharge pressure generated by it is small. If the liquid transported has viscosity or the pipeline is long, it will cause the loss of the actual flow.
6, to clean up the pump shell and pump pipe on the debris. Because the peristaltic pump is a relatively fine instrument, mainly rely on the pump shell to maintain a high precision clearance, so as to effectively squeeze the pump tube, if the pump tube damage and the flow of liquid stick to the pump shell pressure wheel and block and pump tube, it will change the pressure clearance of the pump head, resulting in excessive premature wear of the pump tube.
7, to check the wear of the pump pipe regularly. Because the peristaltic pump pipe is vulnerable items, once damaged will cause liquid leakage.
8, pay attention to the need to transport the liquid will not corrosion pump pipe. Because the pump tube has many materials and many types of liquid transported, no pump tube can tolerate all the liquids, so it is necessary to confirm its own type of liquid, and make comparison through chemical compatibility table or immersion experiment to ensure that the pump tube can be used.
9. Operating temperature range is also an important factor. Different materials have different temperature performance, some pipes such as silicone rubber temperature withstand range, high temperature, low temperature can be; Some pipes are suitable only for smaller temperature ranges. Before selecting the pipe, the end user should make clear the upper and lower limit temperatures in the system to ensure that the selected pump pipe works normally within this temperature range.
