1. when the peristaltic pump is not used, loosen the pressure block. Peristaltic pump is through the pump head roller repeatedly squeeze the hose and the hose natural rebound to produce suction to achieve fluid delivery, want to maintain the service life of the pump tube, when the pump is not used, so that the pump tube is in a natural state of non-pressure.

2. choose the peristaltic pump to meet the customer flow requirements, as far as possible to reduce the pump speed to less than 300 RPM. The flow of the peristaltic pump is generated by the rotation of the pump head roller, and the faster the rotation, the shorter the service life of the pump tube.

3. pump head with special pipe, the rest of the connection pipe ordinary pipe. Extruded tubes need good compressive resilience and tear resistance, so these materials have higher purity, wall thickness and shape accuracy, and higher prices. Therefore, special tubes are used on the peristaltic pump to ensure the service life, and ordinary pipes are connected to make the whole system more economical and applicable.

4. the pump pipe inlet as short as possible, the pipe interface should not be lower than the caliber of the stuck pipe installed in the pump head. The suction of peristaltic pump is generated by the rebound of the pump pipe, if the inlet pipe is long or small, it will cause the suction end resistance, the rebound is blocked, and the actual flow of the transport will be greatly affected.
