1. when the peristaltic pump is not used, loosen the pressure block. The flow of the peristaltic pump is generated by the rotation of the pump head roller, and the faster the rotation, the shorter the service life of the pump tube.

3. pump head with special pipe, the rest of the connection pipe ordinary pipe. Extruded tubes need good compressive resilience and tear resistance, so these materials have higher purity, wall thickness and shape accuracy, and higher prices. 4. the pump pipe inlet as short as possible, the pipe interface should not be lower than the caliber of the stuck pipe installed in the pump head. The suction of peristaltic pump is generated by the rebound of the pump pipe, if the inlet pipe is long or small, it will cause the suction end resistance, the rebound is blocked, and the actual flow of the transport will be greatly affected.
