Operating time
The operation time is calculated from the moment the vulcanizing agent is added to the colloid. In fact, there is no complete boundary between this operation time and the subsequent vulcanization time. The colloids undergo a vulcanization reaction from the moment the vulcanization agent is added. This operation time means that a 30-minute vulcanization reaction of the product will not affect the quality of the finished product. Therefore, the more time the product saves during operation, the better it will be for the finished product.
Curing time
Some places can be called curing time. That is to say, after such a long time, the vulcanization reaction of silica gel is basically over. This is basically the end, that is, the product is already available, but in fact, the curing reaction is not yet over. Therefore, products made of silicone rubber, such as silicone molds, usually need to be placed for a period of time before they can be put into use
Hose selection precautions
