How is the self-priming of peristaltic pump produced

Precautions for using peristaltic pumps
1. After the pump tube is used for about 220 hours, the hose can be turned over (that is, 90 degree rotation), because after a long time extrusion of one side of the hose, it is easy to cause unilateral damage, and turning can extend the service life.
2. The storage period of the pump pipe shall not exceed one year (long time without use will lead to aging).
3. Lubricate pump rolls every 6 months (special lubricating oil required).
4. After using the pump for a long time, if there is an abnormal sound, it can be removed to check whether the bearing is worn or damaged. If not, contact the peristaltic pump manufacturer.
5. Since the pump head is used to fix the hose and extrude it to transfer the liquid, the hose should be jammed tightly and not transmitted when loose.
6. Pump pipe may be damaged, resulting in liquid overflow. Please take necessary protective measures and check the pump pipe regularly.
7. When installing and removing the external control device, turn off the power to prevent device damage.
8. Disconnect the power supply when connecting external control or communication ports.
9. Please connect the protected area of the machine to the ground, otherwise there will be the risk of electric shock or electromagnetic interference.
