The suction of the peristaltic pump is caused by the rebound of the pump tube. If the pipe, especially the inlet pipe passing long or small diameter, the suction end resistance is too large, the pump pipe rebound resistance is too large, the actual transport flow loss. Similarly, if the diameter of the outlet line is small or too long, because the discharge pressure of the peristaltic pump is usually small, when the discharge resistance is too large, the output flow will be reduced.
Skill 5: When the peristaltic pump is selected, the theoretical flow is greater than the actual flow, preferably greater than 30%. The peristaltic pump tube is soft, so the negative pressure and discharge pressure are less. If the delivered liquid has viscosity or pipe length, it will cause an actual flow loss. To achieve the desired flow rate selection, the theoretical flow rate is slightly higher than the actual flow rate.
Skill 6: The peristaltic pump should pay attention to cleaning the debris on the pump shell and pump pipe during use. Because the peristaltic pump is a comparative instrument, mainly rely on the pump shell to maintain the gap, so as to effectively squeeze the pump tube, if the pump tube damage the flow of liquid adhere to the pump shell wheel, block and pump tube, will change the compression gap of the pump head, even if the change is small, it will lead to premature wear of the pump tube, seriously affecting the damage of the pump head to the pump head.
Skill 7: When using the peristaltic pump, the wear of the pump pipe should be checked regularly. Skill 8: When choosing a peristaltic pump, pay attention to whether the liquid that needs to be transported will be a pump tube.
