If the hose is not replaced after the previous use, remove the hose and remove the extruded part of the pump head to reduce hose fatigue and achieve better transmission results. 1, the use of peristaltic pump pressure plate do not please do not screw too tight, so as not to "tie" the pump head, generally adjusted to have liquid outflow, so as to avoid the pump head, silicone tube in the pump head should be coated with lubricating oil to extend its service life.

2, the pump head in rapid operation, do not press the "forward/reverse" switch, if you want to press, first slow down the speed and then press, and then the speed to the original speed, that is, the voltmeter reading to the original value.

3, during the use of peristaltic pump, should always pay attention to whether the silicone tube is intact, generally in the medium speed operation is best, when the silicone tube is found to be aging, the silicone tube should be replaced in time. When the peristaltic pump starts to run, the silicone tube may be swollen to one end, which can be straightened by hand.

4, after use, the pump head should be cleaned, if not used for a long time, should remove the silicone tube to extend its service life.

5. When the peristaltic pump is not used for a long time, please remove the silicone tube from the pump head to extend its service life. The silicone tube is a fragile item, please replace it in time after a period of use. Otherwise it will cause leakage and damage the instrument!

6, according to different media and different flow, please choose different thickness of silicone tube.
