The number of rollers

If the number of rollers of the pump head is small, the flow rate increases; But the pulse also increases. When the number of rollers is large, the pulse decreases and the packaging accuracy increases. But the flow rate is reduced and the service life of the pump pipe is shortened. In a certain period of time, the number of rollers passing through the pump tube increases, and the vacuum performance and pressure performance of the pump tube also increase.

Easy to assemble and disassemble

Pharmaceutical, food supply, and printing processes require frequent tube changes. In order to save time when cleaning or changing products, you can use quick-mount pump heads (such as Purui KZ15, KZ25, KZ35, etc.), which can save expensive labor costs and improve work efficiency.

Suitable pump tube size number

The type of pump head that can only be adapted to one pump tube size can maximize the performance of this size (e.g. pressure and vacuum resistance, flexure yield limit, etc.). The pump head that can be adapted to a variety of pump tube sizes has a more average performance. This allows the same pump head to have a larger pumping flow range.

Fixed or adjustable pump tube locking degree

The advantage of the fixed lock peristaltic pump is that it performs best when used repeatedly, reduces the chance of error for the operator, and is suitable for long periods of uninterrupted work. It provides excellent repeatability when used with a precision extruded pump line. The adjustable locking peristaltic pump can increase the locking degree of the pump tube during self-filling, or reduce the locking degree in low-pressure applications to extend the service life of the pump tube. This method can also achieve the purpose of flow fine-tuning. This is especially useful for flow synchronization of multi-channel pump heads. (such as Purui BZ25, BZ35)
